Ministry Partnership

What is Ministry Partnership?

Ministry Partnership is the biblical and relational process through which those who are called into full-time ministry or mission are financially and prayerfully supported by a team of ministry partners.

At its core, Ministry Partnership is not simply about fund-raising; it is about advancing the mission of God together. It gives believers the opportunity to participate in reaching schools, university/college campuses, communities, cities and nations with the Gospel by partnering with those who have been called and sent into ministry.

Through Ministry Partnership, missionaries and ministers are able to give themselves fully to the work of preaching the Gospel, making disciples, raising leaders, planting churches, and impacting the next generation, while being sustained by a community of faithful partners who share in the vision and fruit of the ministry.

Ministry Partnership is built on biblical principles of generosity, partnership, mission and shared responsibility in fulfilling the Great Commission. It is a ministry of faith, relationship, discipleship and Kingdom advancement.

Why is Ministry Partnership Important?

Ministry Partnership is important because the mission requires labourers who are fully devoted to the call of God. Many people sense a call to ministry or missions but are often limited by financial barriers, uncertainty, or lack of support structures. Ministry Partnership creates a pathway for called individuals to be released into ministry sustainably and with accountability.

It also allows the broader Church to actively participate in the mission of God. Not everyone is called to go, but everyone can play a part in sending.

Healthy Ministry Partnership:
    • Builds long-term Gospel partnerships
    • Creates sustainability for missionaries and ministers
    • Strengthens accountability and community
    • Allows ministers to focus on the mission field
    • Invites believers into eternal impact through generosity and prayer

Who is Ministry Partnership for?

Ministry Partnership is not for everyone. It is specifically for individuals who have responded to a recognised call into full-time ministry or missions and whose calling, character and leadership potential have been affirmed by church leadership.

Before entering Ministry Partnership training, individuals go through a process of discipleship, leadership development, assessment and pastoral confirmation. The training is therefore not simply open to anyone wanting financial support, but to those who have demonstrated a genuine calling to ministry and have been entrusted by leadership to pursue that call.

The goal of Ministry Partnership is not merely to raise finances, but to raise and release healthy, accountable, faith-filled ministers and missionaries who will advance the Gospel and help fulfil the Great Commission.

The heart behind Ministry Partnership.

Ministry Partnership exists because we believe the call of God should not be hindered by lack of resources. We believe that when the people of God partner together in faith, generosity and mission, schools, university/college campuses, communities, and nations can be transformed through the Gospel.
It is a partnership in mission, a shared investment in eternity and an opportunity for both the sender and the sent to play their part in God’s redemptive plan for the world.

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Matthew 28:19
