Together, let’s celebrate the greatest Book of all time.
We invite you to join in with Christians across the globe to celebrate the greatest Book of all time by committing to a 30-day Bible reading challenge.
While there are many ways you can commit to reading the Bible every day for 30 days, we have featured a great 30-day reading plan by The Bible Project on our YouVersion page. This plan tackles the concept of truth, and how to arrive at what is absolutely true.
This is a great time to invite friends, family, and colleagues to join you in reading the Bible, discussing the Scriptures, and faithfully putting what you’ve read into practise.
JOIN EVERY NATION SOUTHERN AFRICA FOR A 30-DAY READING PLAN.
Steps to follow:
1) If you haven't already, download the YouVersion Bible app.
2) Scan the QR code or click on this link.
3) At the top of the page, select the “partner” tab and then click “follow”.
4) The black button will change to a tick mark and the words “following”, with a cog for settings next to it. Click the settings cog.
5) Select “set as my church”. A list of all the Every Nation Southern Africa congregations will appear. Find your congregation, select it, and click “next”.
6) Click the white arrow at the top left of the page to go back to the Every Nation Southern Africa page.
7) Click on the “featured plan” on the Every Nation Southern Africa page.
8) Click “start this plan” and choose whether to do it alone or with other people.
8.5) If you choose the option “with friends”, you’ll be given the option on when to start the plan. We recommend starting on November 1! You can then add those you’ve set as friends on the app or click “Invite friends later” and be given a link that you can share with those you’d like to invite to the plan. If you choose to do it with others, there will be a feature at the end of the day that allows discussion, comments, and prayer requests from participants.
