In Ephesians 4, God defines the purpose of the five-fold ministry in a short paragraph: to “equip the saints for the work of ministry”. The power of the church is hidden in this secret command: the equipping of people. The purpose of the Ministry School is to equip you well, so that you have clarity, confidence and the necessary tools, skills, knowledge and practical application to succeed in your call, honouring God. Our Ministry School Southern Africa has been positioned to serve you as a leader in the local church and part of a cluster in this regard, as a finishing off school for leaders who have been identified and raised locally.
As Every Nation Southern Africa we are believing to plant 40 new churches and 20 new campus ministries in our region and 20 new churches beyond our region by 2040. In addition we hear God calling us to strengthen the churches we have by providing the finishing touches to the leadership growth paths of leaders in our existing churches. Ministry School is an integral part of accomplishing this vision.

METHOD OF LEARNING
Training is delivered through three platforms to ensure maximum learning: 1. ONLINE LEARNING WITH A LOCAL MENTOR Training provided by Ministry School Every Nation Southern Africa is founded on relationship and mentoring. Online learning is done with a mentor from the local church who is selected to take the students through the curriculum. This mentoring must include leading the students through the material and provide essential support to them as they process the curriculum. This curriculum consists of a series of interactions, tutorials, application and assignments. Mentorship is also used to build on, and guide the student through, the Leadership 215 Core Curriculum (the minimum global theological standard for ordination in Every Nation). 2. COLLABORATIVE LEARNING Each month, various student connects will be hosted by Ministry School Every Nation Southern Africa, represented by the specific track Dean. Students will sign into the web-based conference or telephone call and receive input and impartation from an “expert.” Opportunity is provided to share questions, and the goal of the student connect is to offer additional enrichment and impartation on the month’s module. 3. INTENSIVES The year of ministry training is framed by various core and track-specific intensives. The intensives provide a powerful opportunity for highly-interactive, classroom-style input. The lecturers chosen are gifted experts and current leaders in ministry. Relationships built over this time are invaluable and foster a lifetime in the ministry. The impartation and input over this short time alone is life-changing.
