On behalf of the Apostolic Leadership Team I am excited to invite you to this year's Build Conference, which is being hosted at Rosebank.

This year’s theme is Awesome God. “For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: 'I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite.'” — Isaiah 57:15.

The video below and information following it will tell you all you need to know about the conference. We will continue to send updates as planning unfolds, and we hope to see you with us in Johannesburg!

BUILD CONFERENCE, EVERY NATION SOUTHERN AFRICA

5 - 7 May 2021, JHB Rosebank

Build Conference will be running over three days, with morning and evening sessions and three focused workshops each afternoon to choose from. Lunch and dinner breaks will be two hours each. Workshop content will be confirmed soon, and you'll be able to sign up for the workshop you want to attend closer to the conference.

To adhere to COVID-19 protocols, a limited number of 200 people may attend from all over Southern Africa. This will ensure that we have fewer than 100 people in every venue we use for the conference.

For this reason, we have implemented a two-step registration process. Step one is to click on the link below to show interest in coming to the Build Conference. The deadline for this is 9 April. Step two will include us confirming your registration and giving more detailed information pertinent to the conference.

WHAT ABOUT COVID-19 PROTOCOLS?

We will be adhering strictly to the COVID protocols as they stand in May. We're aware that protocols could change between now and then, and are making contingency plans to the best of our ability. Any changes at all will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

That being said, the following measures will definitely be implemented and ensured:

  • Hand and venue sanitation

  • Social distancing inside the buildings and venues.

  • A staggered leaving time from different venues to limit congestion.

  • The wearing of masks at all times and ensuring the mask covers both your nose and mouth.

  • A system to indicate the level of COVID vigilance an individual values, so that all participants can respect one another with preference to things such as greetings, standing distance and other measures.

  • Please refer to protocols video to understand the procedures which will be followed at the venue

WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS?

There will only be Kids care running in the daytime and a Kids programme running in the evening in a different venue to the main conference for all three days. This means that our children do not count toward the 200-person maximum.

We ask that parents drop off their kids before the start of each session or workshop, and go to sign out their kids during the lunch break. This will ensure safety, as well as adhering to COVID protocols.

Please therefore remember to indicate the number of kids you'd like to bring on the registration form

WHAT ABOUT THE COST?

The cost will be R100 per adult and R50 per child to attend the entire conference. You are only required to pay once your registration ticket has been issued after 10 April.

The graduating Ministry School ENSA class of 2020 will not pay for the conference, as it is included in their school fees.

All accommodation and travel costs will be up to the individual to cover.

WHAT ABOUT FOOD?
For one of the three afternoons, you will be invited to a COVID-compliant lunch with Every Nation leaders in the marquee. The invite will be sent to you upon confirmation of your Build Conference registration closer to May. For the other two afternoons, and the evenings, we ask that you please provide your own meals.

WHAT ABOUT COFFEE?
The coffee shop at Every Nation Rosebank will be open during the inter-session breaks and during lunch. You may, of course, bring your own water with you into the venues, but we ask that you eat any snacks only during the breaks.

WHAT ABOUT BOOKS?

The bookshop at Every Nation Rosebank will be open during the inter-session breaks and during lunch. The YouVersion Bible app will be used to provide delegates access to content and presentations if required. Every effort is being made to make the event as paperless as possible.

WHAT ABOUT MARKETING?
Please click on the button below for videos and other marketing collateral that will help you to market the Build conference to your church.

The recording of the sermon by Pastor Steve Murrell will also be uploaded here during the conference.

WHAT ABOUT QUESTIONS WE HAVE NOT ANSWERED HERE?

Please feel free to email us any queries to southern.africa@everynation.org and Jeff-Neil and the team will be glad to answer them.
